John Stryker Meyer

Decorated Green Beret who served two tours in Vietnam (1968-1969 and 1969-1970) with MACV-SOG. Earned his Special Forces tab in 1967 and joined Spike Team Idaho, later leading Recon Team Idaho at Command and Control North (CCN) in Da Nang. After Vietnam, served with the 10th Special Forces Group, then transitioned to civilian life as a journalist and author.
