Here is something you likely haven't thought about much – it's a paradox really… Humans are dependent on one another. Our happiness and survival require that we connect with others and be part of the group. Yet we also have a need to chart our own course – to be autonomous. This paradox creates a tricky balance that seems to have gotten out of whack. This has created a lot of problems that directly affect you in ways you have never thought about. But you are about to.
